These terms govern your use of Mapped (the "app", "we", "us"), an astrology and Human Design companion operated by an individual sole proprietor trading as “Mapped”, based in Trinidad and Tobago. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Mapped generates natal charts, Human Design profiles, Chinese zodiac readings, compatibility (synastry) reports, and AI-generated conversational content ("Sibling AI") based on birth details you provide. Readings are produced algorithmically and via third-party AI models, for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only — see Section 6.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mapped. You sign in via Google Sign-In; you're responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under it. One account per person.
Mapped offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Pro+) billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record — your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings, and you'll keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Don't: use the service to harass or harm others; attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or its AI/rate-limiting systems; resell or redistribute the service; use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Chat replies, voice conversations, and narrative readings are generated by Google's Gemini API and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or nonsensical. Don't rely on Mapped's output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Astrology, Human Design, and Chinese zodiac content in Mapped is provided for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
The app, its design, and its underlying calculation engines belong to us. Your birth data and the readings generated for you are yours to use personally; you may not scrape, bulk-export, or resell Mapped's content or methodology.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for what that removes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.
Mapped is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent change; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
